We do our best to keep shipping fair and straightforward. Because delivery costs can add up quickly, we’ve carefully chosen our bags, boxes, and carriers to provide the most reliable and economical service possible.

Most orders ship via UPS, while packages headed to Alaska or Hawaii travel by USPS Priority Mail.

While you can order any quantity of chestnuts, six bags is the most we can fit in a single box. Orders of seven or more bags will be packed in multiple boxes. If you’re interested in bulk quantities, please contact us — we may be able to offer additional savings.

Delivery time is typically 2–4 business days once shipped, though orders may not leave the farm immediately after being placed. Most of our shipping takes place on Monday and Tuesday to ensure that orders don’t sit in carrier warehouses over the weekend.

We currently ship across the United States, with the exception of California, Washington, and Oregon, due to state regulations. These states have agricultural restrictions that prohibit the import or sale of chestnuts from out-of-state growers.

​

A small amount of shrinkage can occur during transit, so we include a few extra chestnuts in every order to make up the difference.
