This year, we’ve invested in special controlled-atmosphere storage for some of our chestnuts. By carefully managing oxygen and carbon dioxide levels, the ripening process is slowed down, keeping the chestnuts fresher and sweeter for holiday eating and gift-giving.

All holiday chestnuts are 1" (25 mm) and larger, sold in 7.5-pound bags. Limited quantities available for pre-order.

To ensure correct delivery timing, please place separate orders for:

– Fresh Chestnuts (shipping now)
– Thanksgiving Chestnuts (shipping mid-Nov.)
– Christmas Chestnuts (shipping mid-Dec.)

Orders combining multiple ship dates may require additional shipping charges.
