This year, we’ve invested in special controlled-atmosphere storage for our chestnuts. By carefully managing oxygen and carbon dioxide levels, the ripening process is slowed down, keeping the chestnuts fresher and sweeter for holiday eating and gift-giving.

All holiday chestnuts are 1" (25 mm) and larger, sold in 7.5-pound bags. Limited quantities available for pre-order.

Thanksgiving chestnuts will be shipped the week before Thanksgiving for estimated arrival by Monday, November 24, 2025.

Christmas chestnuts will be shipped the week before Christmas for estimated arrival by Monday, December 22, 2025.
