FRESH CHESTNUTS FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON
You don’t need cold weather to enjoy one of the season’s classic foods. Fresh chestnuts are perfect for roasting, adding to stuffing and other holiday dishes, using in desserts, or sharing as a seasonal food gift.

We set aside part of each harvest in controlled-atmosphere storage to help preserve freshness later into the season, allowing us to continue shipping chestnuts as Thanksgiving and Christmas approach.

ENJOYING YOUR FRESH CHESTNUTS
Because fresh chestnuts contain more moisture than most nuts, proper storage is important once they arrive. We’ve put together information to help you store, cure, prepare, and cook them for the best flavor and quality.
